We urge you brothers and sisters to join us in 40 days of “fasting” and prayer. Pick one thing of value to you, whether it is caffeine, social media, tv time, etc, and fast from it for 40 days. Then spend time in prayer and meditation. We encourage you to share with your prayer partners and keep each other accountable. Let us “offer our bodies as a living sacrifice, HOLY and pleasing to God - this is true and proper worship."
